PopUpNewYork brought in 2010 with the wise words of our friend + NYC artist De La Vega – “Become Your Dream.” We feel those are words to live by for the new year. Meagan had the chance to spend some one-on-one time at his very own De La Vega Museum on the lower east side.The PopUpNewYork crew see things in a different light and we left the museum with lots of food for thought. Throughout his beautiful & simplistic drawings are deep, powerful messages & thought provoking jabs at society!
