Obviously I wasn’t alive during Woodstock and my parents were both toddlers when it happened, but it’s legendary and everybody knows about it. Elliot Landy was a Woodstock Photographer, so he got to experience it in the flesh AND share all the action with generations to come. This Thursday, June 14th, from 7-9PM head over to YellowKorner gallery in SoHo to spend a night with Landy himself. His new book “Woodstock Vision, The Spirit of a Generation” has just been released – so head out to the gallery for cocktails, a discussion, a book signing, and Landy’s snapshots of the festival. If that isn’t good enough, enjoy some fine French cuisine from Tartinery Nolita AND swagged out cocktails from Lillet and Monin. This event is FREE, so check it out! YellowKorner is located at 100 Wooster St. To see the gallery on a regular day, they’re open Mon-Sat 11AM-8Pm and Sun 12Pm-6PM.
